How do I back up my data?
From the Settings section you can export all your data as a JSON file. When moving to a new device or to keep it safe, you can import that file to restore your data.
How do I manage my subscription?
Pixmood Pro subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account. Open the subscriptions section in your device's store settings to make changes.
My data is gone, what do I do?
Because data is kept only on your device, if you delete the app or switch devices without exporting, the data will not come back. That is why we recommend taking a regular JSON backup.
